I'm a beginner. Which package should I choose?
Foundation Program works for experienced beginners (6+ months of consistent training). True beginners in Toledo should start with in-person sessions. Remote beginners can start with Foundation and upgrade as needed.
Can I switch packages?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime (effective immediately). Downgrading is available at the end of your current billing cycle.
What's your refund policy?
First month is risk-free. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, you get a full refund, no questions asked. After that, coaching is month-to-month with 30-day notice to cancel.
