Common Questions

I'm not an athlete. Is this for me?

Most of my clients aren't athletes. They're regular guys—dads, professionals, shift workers—who want to get stronger, lose weight, and feel better. You don't need to be competitive or have any experience. You just need to be willing to show up and do the work.

What if I've never touched a barbell?

Good. You don't have bad habits to unlearn. Every client starts with an assessment, and your program is built around where you actually are—not where I think you should be. The Foundation and Health & Accountability tiers are specifically designed for guys starting from scratch.

I need to lose weight first, then I'll start lifting.

That's backwards, and it's the number one reason guys fail. Strength training while losing weight preserves muscle, keeps your metabolism healthy, and gives you something productive to focus on besides the scale. The Health & Accountability tier exists specifically for this.

I'm on TRT / GLP-1 medication. Can you work with that?

Yes. I'm on TRT myself, so I understand the considerations firsthand. For GLP-1 clients, resistance training is critical—research shows 15-25% of weight lost on these meds comes from muscle. That's exactly what we prevent.

What's the difference between Strength Coaching and Health & Accountability?

Strength Coaching is for men whose primary goal is getting stronger—building their squat, bench, and deadlift. Health & Accountability is for men who need to lose significant weight (50+ lbs) and build sustainable habits first. Different starting points, same principles.

How long before I see results?

If you follow the program: you'll feel different in 2-3 weeks, look different in 6-8 weeks, and other people will notice in 12 weeks. Strength gains start showing up almost immediately for beginners. This isn't a quick fix—it's a permanent upgrade.
